copy d:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe d:\Windows\system32\utilman.exe followed by “Enter.” You will receive a message “1 file(s) copied.”
Step 4: Type a new command
wpeutil reboot followed by “Enter.” This will restart the laptop. While doing this, remove CD/DVD from your laptop.
Step 5: Now, all you have to do is to reset the password. You can do this by clicking on the “Ease of Access” icon once the laptop boots up and the main screen appears.
net user Jack ABC123 on the ultiman.exe window and press “Enter.” Now you have to replace “Jack” with a username and “ABC123” with a new password. You will receive a message, “The command completed successfully.”
