STEP 1: Turn ON your computer and press the “F8” Key while the computer boots up.
STEP 2: When the “Advanced Boot Options” appears on your computer screen, click on “Safe Mode with Command Prompt” and press the ENTER key.

STEP 3: Run Command Prompt with Default Administrator privileges.
